We do everything in our power to dispatch your items within 48 hours. However, there may be occasional delays due to disruptions in the logistics and delivery industry. MTS Trade Supplies will keep you informed in such instances. - Logistics Liability
Once your item has left the depot, responsibility for the item lies with the logistics company. MTS Trade Supplies will not be liable for lost or damaged items while in transit. Any issues must be addressed directly with the courier service. - Misuse of Products
We take no liability for any death or damage caused by the misuse of any products purchased through our website. - Damaged Items Policy
If any items arrive damaged, you must report the issue within 6 hours of receiving the item. We track delivery times using Proof of Delivery (POD) to verify the time of arrival. Any damage reported after this time frame will not be eligible for further action, as we cannot verify whether the damage occurred during delivery or after the item was in the customer’s possession. Upon receipt of a report, an investigation will be conducted to determine the cause, and appropriate action will be taken.
