The warranty covers content inside of the tool chest eg. All hand tools included sockets, ratchets, spanners etc. Not the actual chest itself.
There must be proof provided of any item needing replacing.
It can take between 4-10 days to get a specific part sent out directly to you.
All parts will be the same part that needs replacing, we will try to obtain the same brand but as we have different boxes in all the time it may be a different brand but still the same quality.
